Maja Radisic
Principal / Co-Founder
Maja (pronounced Maya) is a Croatian citizenship by descent and immigration specialist with a strong legal background and extensive international experience. She holds a Master of Laws (Juris Doctor) from the University of Zagreb Faculty of Law and is fluent in English, Spanish, Slovenian, Croatian, and Serbian.
Her work in immigration began in 2010 while leading human resources for an international company recruiting talent globally. After nearly a decade in Mexico, Maja relocated to the United States in 2018, where she began focusing professionally on Croatian citizenship by descent and helping individuals and families navigate the often complex administrative process.
Maja also brings valuable firsthand experience to her work. She has successfully navigated Croatian, Italian, and U.S. citizenship processes for members of her own family. Today, she combines her legal education, international background, and years of experience to guide clients through Croatian citizenship with clarity, care, and confidence.
Marta Galic
Operations & Client Services
As a member of the Croatia Navigator team, Marta Galic has been applying her high achieving nature and exceptional organizational talents to improve our domestic operations in Croatia. Her contributions extend far beyond internal processes – she has been instrumental in liaising with Croatian federal and local administrative offices, using her native knowledge and network to expedite our services.
Born and raised in Zagreb, Croatia, Marta brings a unique blend of achievement to our team. A former member of the Croatian under-20 and senior national women’s basketball teams, Marta transitioned her discipline and teamwork skills from the court to the classroom, graduating Summa Cum Laude from the University of San Francisco (USF) in three years with a degree in finance, all while competing in NCAA Division 1 basketball. She has recently completed her MBA at Tulane University in New Orleans, where she also was the captain of the Tulane Waves NCAA Division 1 women’s basketball team.
Lucija Perkovic
Client Services Coordinator
Lucija Perkovic, born and raised in Karlovac, Croatia, brings firsthand, native knowledge of Croatia to everything she does for our team. She graduated with a Master’s degree in Information Sciences and History from the University of Zagreb, and has built a career that spans international sales in Mexico and the Caribbean, digital content creation, and teaching.
At Croatia Navigator, Lucija plays a central role in client documentation services, overseeing the preparation, review, coordination, and quality control of official materials to ensure full accuracy and compliance. She also handles translation reviews, bringing both Croatian fluency and English proficiency to every client file. Her deep familiarity with Croatian systems, language, and culture, combined with her international experience, makes her an invaluable resource in helping clients navigate the citizenship journey.

Davor Rukonic
Advisor
Davor Rukovic holds a Master of Laws from the University of Zagreb Faculty of Law and spent over 12 years practicing at two prominent Croatian law firms. There he built deep experience in civil and commercial law, litigation, employment, and foreign status matters. A non-active member of the Croatian Bar, he brings firsthand knowledge of Croatian legal procedures and the institutional workings. He is fluent in Croatian, English, and Italian.
Davor currently serves as an in-house attorney at FINA, Croatia’s financial agency, where his work covers enforcement law, pre-bankruptcy procedures, commercial and banking law, and civil litigation. His role gives him a practical, up-to-date understanding of how Croatian law is applied in everyday situations. As an advisor, he brings valuable legal insight that helps strengthen Croatia Navigator’s ability to guide clients through complex Croatian legal and citizenship matters with confidence.
Marina Duic-Manojlovic
Advisor
Marina Duic-Manojlovic brings more than four decades of distinguished legal and judicial experience to Croatia Navigator’s Advisory Board. A graduate of the University of Zagreb Faculty of Law, she passed the Croatian Bar Exam in 1984 and served as a judge in Donja Stubica and Buje, developing extensive expertise in civil law, inheritance, real estate, and complex property matters, including cases arising from historical border and citizenship changes.
After entering private practice in 1996, Marina expanded her work to include personal status matters, with significant experience in citizenship, residency, and inheritance law. Her career has given her deep knowledge of Croatia’s legal system, public institutions, and cross-border legal matters. Now retired from private practice, she remains active in her community, provides legal assistance, and continues to contribute to local publications. Her experience and institutional knowledge bring valuable perspective to the company’s professional services.
Domagoj Boljar
Advisor
Domagoj Boljar is an accomplished Croatian entrepreneur and the Co-founder and CEO of Earthbound, an innovative footwear company known for its use of natural and plant-based materials. A second-generation footwear entrepreneur, he built on his family’s industry experience to co-found the company with his brother, Hrvoje. He holds a degree in Entrepreneurship from VERN’ University in Zagreb.
Domagoj is also well connected across Croatia’s business, investment, and startup communities. His experience building companies and navigating the country’s administrative, commercial, and institutional landscape gives him valuable insight into how business gets done in Croatia. As an advisor to Croatia Navigator, his perspective, resourcefulness, and professional network strengthen the company’s ability to navigate complexity, develop trusted local relationships, and deliver practical, professional solutions for clients.
